I've tired of Ford PR's relentless machinery touting the incoming C-Max and Energi cars.
Yesterday I read an article about the new hybrid and what caught my attention was the reader comments. One Ford owner complained bitterly about Ford's bad customer relations; he's been fighting the company over his bad Ford hybrid and will never buy another Ford, he added.
This new review is the first - and it's a bit glossy for me. I won't really know until I get a few test drives on the new car under my own belt - far removed from the Ford PR machine.
